Sharp spikes surround a blood-red garnet heart (Mozambique garnet), crafted in 18K gold-plated 925 sterling silver. The pendant measures 30 × 26 mm, the chain is 19.5 mm wide, and the length is 47 cm, adjustable for a perfect fit.
