Claims

We love clothes, and we think that the feeling you get from wearing a beautiful garment gives you both energy and an extraordinary look. We strive towards that you as a customer is always satisfied with our products.

Filing a claim must done within a reasonable time after purchase. You must be able to prove that the manufacturing fault. Faults due to wear and tear or abuse of the product are rejected.

During the claims process we will need to contact the manufacturer. Some manufacturers occasionally have long handling times. We will follow up every claim and ask you to have overlook if the processes sometimes can take some time.

How to make a claim?

Contact us be emailing claims@wakakuu.com and include the following (the information is mandatory):

  1. Your order number.
  2. Describe in short how the defect has occurred or observed.
  3. Attach images of the defect and a full product image.

 

You will receive an email confirmation when we have started processing your claim. We will then email you a label for you to place on the parcel that you will send to us. You will then receive notifications during the process.
