Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Section 1. GENERAL
Wakakuu is operated by European Service Partner AB (Corporate ID No. 556691-9642), hereinafter referred to as Wakakuu.
All prices at the Wakakuu Online Store are inclusive of 25% Swedish VAT. We make reservations for any price adjustments and price errors.
If you are under 18 years of age, you need your guardian's permission to order from us.
Wakakuu makes reservations for any “printing errors” and color deviations in products presented at Wakakuu Online Store. We are working to ensure our pictures are as representative as possible and that they conform with reality. Nor can we guarantee that all pictures reproduce the actual appearance of the products.
All products remain Wakakuu's property until the company has received full payment for them.
Any attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Wakakuu reserves the right to terminate a purchase in the event of any suspicions of fraud.
Section 2. ORDER & CONFIRMATION
By approving Wakakuu's Terms and Conditions of Purchase and sending your order, you as a customer enter into a binding agreement with Wakakuu. When an order is accepted, an order confirmation is sent automatically by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. This order confirmation also works like a warranty certificate upon full payment. Wakakuu makes reservations for any delivery deviations in those cases where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order. Where Wakakuu cannot deliver in accordance with the order confirmation, you will be contacted and given an opportunity to adjust or cancel your order. You can place your order at Wakakuu Online Store around the clock. The products are normally picked on the next ordinary business day. Section 3. PAYMENTYou can pay the order you have made at Wakakuu Online Store by credit or charge card. Credit or charge cards permitted for payment are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, VISA Electron, and Maestro. Wakakuu does not levy any additional credit card. When you pay by card, the payment is managed by our payment partner, DIBS, to ensure quick and secure payment. When you pay by card to Wakakuu, the purchase amount is charged directly to your card. All delivered products are Wakakuu's property until the customer has paid for them in full.
Section 4. DELIVERYWakakuu sends all orders by Posten AB. The normal delivery time is
Denmark: 2 to 5 days
Finland: 2 to 5 days
Norway: 4-9 days
There is greater purchase pressure than normal during bargain sales, which may lead to somewhat longer delivery time. Wakakuu is responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that the product is damaged or gets lost during transportation from our warehouse to you. It is, in turn, you who bears the risk when you return a product to us. We work with fixed shipping charges and charge only one shipping charge per order. If Wakakuu cannot deliver within the agreed time, you will be notified immediately about the reason for the delay, and we will agree on a new delivery time. When a delivery is delayed, you are entitled to terminate the purchase free of charge.
Parcel Post – Pick up the goods from the post distribution center. Unfortunately, we do not make any home deliveries. When you choose parcel post, we send your order to the distribution center closest to your delivery address. The cost of this delivery method is:

Notice is sent by SMS (you fill in your mobile number before you finalize your purchase). If a mobile number is not provided, notice of the order is given by letter. Once we have packed the product, you will receive delivery confirmation by e-mail with information about your shipment's package ID, which will give you an opportunity to track the product on Wakakuu under your profile. Valid identification and the notice or SMS must be presented upon picking up the shipment. Unfortunately, we do not make any deliveries to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Wakakuu charges SEK 200 per unclaimed package to cover our costs. If you have ordered a product and change your mind after we have sent your package, you must return the package or be charged SEK 200. You naturally get back what the product cost you, less any shipping charges. More information is available in Section 5 Right of Withdrawal/Returns in our Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
Section 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN
Wakakuu are not satisfied until you as a customer are satisfied. When you shop at Wakakuu Online Store, you always have 14 days' right of withdrawal. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your products. Returned products must be in unused condition and all tags must be invluded. If this is not the case, a 100% decrease of value will be deducted from you. Wakakuu's own freight documents must always be used in connection with returns, replacements, and complaints. Wakakuu will deduct a returnfreight fee of 45 kr. Tape the return document on the outside of your parcel. Leave the parcel with a Postnord merchant. We will contact you via e-mail when we have processed your return. Complaints If you have received incorrect products or wrong delivery, please contact us immediately by e-mail at email@example.com. We naturally pay shipping both ways. If you discover any damage to the package before you open it, you must report this to Postnord or to your distribution center.
Section 6. COMPLAINTS
Wakakuu are not satisfied until you as a customer are satisfied. If you get a defective product, you must contact Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than within 60 days. Wakakuu naturally covers the shipping for wrong deliveries and complaints. All complaints are subject to Wakakuu's approval before they are sent back. Wakakuu's own freight documents must always be used in connection with complaints. These are available from Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or + 46 (0) 771 – 28 30 30.

Repayment in Connection with Complaint
Repayments are made after there has been a complaint about the product and it has subsequently been approved by Wakakuu. The amount for the product and any shipping charges are normally returned to the customer's account within 5 to 10 bank business days.
Section 7. DAMAGED GOODS & MISSING PACKAGES
If the products are damaged on receipt, you must report this immediately to the postal representative (distribution center or driver for home packages). This applies even if the external package is damaged, regardless of whether you can decide whether the product is damaged or not. You as a customer are under no obligation to accept damaged goods.
If it is a matter of concealed damages, these must be reported within seven working days of receipt. Contact Customer Service at email@example.com or at + 46 (0) 771 – 28 30 30 and explain the damage. Always save the original packaging and photograph the product in the event of damage which has not been noticed by the distribution center or driver upon handover.
If there is a package missing from your delivery, you must report this immediately to the postal representative (distribution center or driver for home packages).
Section 8 SECURITY
Pages involving the transfer of sensitive information, payments, and personal data are so-called secure pages. You as a customer can check whether the website you are visiting is secure in the URL. URLs ordinarily start with http://, but on secure pages, they start instead with https:// where “s” stands for “secure”.
Wakakuu cooperates with DIBS AB for the acceptance of card and bank transfer payments. DIBS AB is a credit market company authorized by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. All transfers of card information are encrypted. Note that Wakakuu does not store any credit card numbers – these are managed by DIBS AB. DIBS meets the requirements for PCI DSS.
We use SSL encryption, which is the most common form of encryption, and is often used by banks.
Card Payments and 3D Secure
3D Secure is a technology developed by VISA for verifying that the person shopping on the Internet with your card is really you. The standard is also used by MasterCard. The technology means that when you use your card to buy products or services on the Internet, it is up to your card issuer or bank to identify you. The identification is made through a personal password or code you state at the time of the purchase. This is checked by the card company via a special security server via encrypted communication. You have chosen this password yourself, or it has been assigned by the bank which has issued the card. The advantage for you as a consumer of using a payment service on the Internet that offers 3D is that you get an opportunity to verify that you are the actual card holder, which entails a smaller risk that the card will be used fraudulently. You will recognize a 3D secure payment solution through VISA's brand, “Verified by VISA”, and MasterCard's brand, “SecureCode”. Note that 3D Secure works only if you have procured the service via your bank.
In order to be able to order products at Wakakuu Online, you must register as a customer by opening a user account. When you create this account, we ask for certain information, including your e-mail address. To be able to carry out a purchase and deliver the products, we will also request all information that is required for delivery.
Your personal data is collected so that we can provide the services you have requested, e.g., we use your e-mail address to send service-related messages. An order completed at Wakakuu Online Store means that you approve our General Terms and Conditions and give your consent to the registration of your personal data and address in our customer register.
Wakakuu is responsible for the processing of the personal data you as a customer submit to us. None of this information is submitted to third parties, but is used only by Wakakuu. Pursuant to PUL (the Swedish Personal Data Act), you are entitled to request information about the personal data processed about you in our customer register once per calendar year. Section 9. FORCE MAJEURE
Wakakuu is exempt from any consequences for a failure to meet a certain obligation pursuant to this Agreement if the failure is based on an exempting circumstance in accordance with the below, and the circumstance prevents, hampers, or delays the performance of the obligation. Exempting circumstances include, for example, acts and omissions of regulatory authorities, new or amended legislation, industrial action, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or large-scale accident, or any other type of natural disaster. The reservation with regard, for example, to an industrial action or blockade applies even if Wakakuu is subject to or engages in such an industrial action itself. In the latter case, Wakakuu is not obliged to compensate for damages which would have come to being if Wakakuu had demonstrated prudence. Wakakuu is not responsible in any case for any indirect damages. Force majeure circumstances also include regulatory decisions with a negative effect on the market and products; for example, decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc., or an abnormal economic downturn, as well if the company has been exposed to criminal activity affecting the operations.
Section 10. DISPUTES
Any disputes in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled according to Swedish law by a Swedish court of law.
