All prices at the Wakakuu Online Store includes 25% Swedish VAT. If you are under 18 years of age, you need your guardian's permission to order from us. Wakakuu reserve the right for printing errors, price adjustments, price errors and colour deviations in products presented at Wakakuu Online Store. We are working to ensure our pictures are as representative as possible and that they complies with reality. Nor can we guarantee that all pictures reproduce the actual appearance of the products. Any attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Wakakuu reserves the right to terminate a purchase in the event of any suspicion of fraud.

 

ORDER & CONFIRMATION

By approving the Terms and Conditions of purchase and sending your order, you as a customer enter into a binding agreement with Wakakuu. When your order is accepted, an order confirmation is sent automatically (within 5-10 minutes) by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. This order confirmation also works like a warranty certificate upon full payment. Wakakuu makes reservations for any delivery deviations in those cases where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order. When Wakakuu cannot deliver in accordance with the order confirmation, you will be contacted and given an opportunity to adjust or cancel your order.

You can select the items you want to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You can edit the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of order and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods. You are required to provide a correct address for delivery of the goods. PAYMENT

To comply with the high security requirements, set up by VISA and Mastercard, we use a hosted payment service. This means that the actual payment and credit card data is not handled by our server but directly by DIBS (http://www.dibs.se) our payment service provider.

When your order has been placed your card will be authorized and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Please remember that even if payment is not authorized some cardholders will reserve the money. We do not store any payment information in our database.

When you enter your credit card number the data is sent through a secure connection directly to DIBS. If the purchase was successful we get a message back from them telling us to create the necessary licenses, receipts and e-mail. The hosted payment service we use from DIBS is fully PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)

 

DELIVERY

You will receive a delivery e-mail or SMS after your order is placed. In the delivery confirmation you can easily change and choose delivery method. If you don´t make any changes it will be delivered to your address. DHL Express will handle your order and if you want to contact them in any issue regarding your parcel please call, +46 (0)771 400 345.

Wakakuu offers two options of transport, Economy Delivery 10 EUR and Express Delivery 15 EUR. The estimated time for each option will depend on your location. Choose your country in the check-out for the expected day of delivery.


Change size for free

If you need a different size you have to place a new order and fill in the new order number on the return form enclosed in your parcel and mark the code for change. Use the enclosed return label to send the item back to us If you want to buy another item your return shipping will be 10 EUR.

Failed or unclaimed shipments

DHL will try to deliver your package at three occasions before it will be sent back to us. Wakakuu charges 20 EUR per unclaimed package to cover our cost.

Damaged goods/Missing packages

If your parcel is damaged or any items are missing, please send a photo to our customer service so we can investigate it further. Please send a photo to our customer service.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN

When you make a purchase at Wakakuu Online Store you always have 14 days of withdrawal. The 14-day period is counted from the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to simply fill in the return form enclosed in your parcel. Use the return code that best explains the reason for your return and place the return form together with the items you like to return in the parcel your order arrived in. You will find the instructions in your parcel.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. We have the right to make a price deduction up to 100%. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear/lingerie (except swimsuits) were the seal is broken.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order before the withdrawal period has expired.

The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend you to ask for a receipt when you send items back to wakakuu as . We will contact you via e-mail when we have processed your return. Refunds usually takes 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE, Shoes has to be sent back in its original package and to avoid damage all shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid damage.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have received incorrect products or wrong delivery, please contact us immediately by email at customerservice@wakakuu.com and if possible, please also attach pictures in your complaint mail if we have to contact our supplier. All complaints are subject to Wakakuus approval before they are sent back. Wakakuu will cover the shipping cost for wrong deliveries and accepted complaints.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

We regularly offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. The codes can be limited for use with specific products, categories and brands. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or similar. In case of fraud, attempted fraud or in case of suspected illegal activity in connection with the redemption of vouchers, we are entitled to cancel the discount code before the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order and they cannot be combined with other offers.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Wakakuu.com is a “secure” website which you can see in the URL. The URL usually starts with http:// but on secure websites the URL starts with https:// where “s” stands for “secure”. We do collect information about all visits on the website. We use the information to improve your user experience, evaluate the use of the individual elements and to support our marketing. If the personal data is carried out via wakakuu.com it will be done in accordance with the PUL (The Swedish Personal Data Act). In this context we use various analysis tools such as google analytics, which assist us in collecting statistics in the user experience. An order completed at wakakuu.com means that you approve our General Terms and Conditions and give your consent to the registration of your personal data and address in our customer register.

Almost all websites use cookies. They are located as text files in your computer to provide a particular service on the website. Wakakuu.com use cookies to create demographic and user related statistics. We can customise and create content that match your and other users interests. We also work together with companies to enhance our online marketing to ensure you are only exposed to relevant ads. For example we use: Criteo, Nosto, Google and Facebook.

FORCE MAJEURE


Wakakuu is exempt from any consequences for a failure to meet a certain obligation pursuant to this Agreement if the failure is based on an exempting circumstance in accordance with the below, and the circumstance prevents, hampers, or delays the performance of the obligation. Exempting circumstances include, for example acts and omissions of regulatory authorities, new or amended legislation, industrial action, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or large-scale accident, or any other type of natural disaster. The reservation with regard, for example, to an industrial action or blockade applies even if Wakakuu is subject to or engages in such an industrial action itself. In the later case, Wakakuu is not obliged to compensate for damages which would have come to being if Wakakuu had demonstrated prudence. Wakakuu is not responsible in any case for indirect damages. Force majeure circumstances also include regulatory decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc. or an abnormal economic downturn, as well if the company has been exposed to criminal activity affecting operations.

Purchases of items at wakakuu.com are subject to Swedish law. Any disputes are decided by the ordinary Swedish courts.
