Replacements and returns

Wakakuu are not satisfied until you as a customer are satisfied. When you shop at Wakakuu Online Store, you always have 14 days' right of withdrawal. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your products. Returned products must be in unused condition and all tags must be invluded. If this is not the case, a 100% decrease of value will be deducted from you. Wakakuu's own freight documents must always be used in connection with returns, replacements, and complaints. Wakakuu will deduct a returnfreight fee of 45 kr. Tape the return document on the outside of your parcel. Leave the parcel with a Postnord merchant and demand a receipt. We will contact you via e-mail when we have processed your return. If you want to exchange your product to a different size or color, please contact us at customerservice@wakakuu.com, via telephone at +4631 - 754 - 48 39 or via the chat in our webshop. 

Complaints 
If you have received incorrect products or wrong delivery, please contact us immediately by e-mail at customerservice@wakakuu.com. We naturally pay shipping both ways. If you discover any damage to the package before you open it, you must report this to Postnord or to your distribution center.
